To make sure access to care is easily available, PreferredOne now waives cost sharing for CDC-recommended COVID-19 laboratory testing ordered by a provider and related office, urgent care and telehealth visits for our fully insured members. Self-insured groups also have the option to waive member cost sharing for COVID-19 lab tests and related office, urgent care and telehealth visits. PreferredOne continues to review our policies and modify our response as the COVID-19 scenario evolves.
